I'm really not a loyal brand follower when it comes to hair products, my shower is full of a variety of brands which I flip between. Right now you'll find John Frieda Go Blonder and Purple Shampoo, Elvive Shine, Pantene and Treseme. Despite not being massively picky, I MUST have a good conditioner else my long hair gets ridiculously dry and matted and unfortunately I am usually very disappointed by free hotel shampoo. It tends to do nothing for my hair bar dry it out and leave it limp. That was until I went skiing earlier this year and came across REN hair and body care.
These photos are seasonally ironic given i'm currently in Turkey on a Summer holiday :)
. REN Hair Care .
This was the hair and body care range featured in our Chalet when we were skiing in January (WELL overdue I know). I must say despite my reservations initially (maybe because I was new to the brand) this product is superb. Unlike all other 'freebee' hotel shampoo's etc it actually left my hair so soft and shiny, took away all my knots and generally left it in a really good condition. I also was able to just leave it to dry naturally and it just dried in perfect (non frizzy) curls. It really was pretty awesome and having done a little google it doesn't actually seem that expensive (£6 per £100ml). I may have to source it out so I can get it for my shower collection :)
What haircare products do you love and live by? Have you tried REN?
