Sunday is a day for lounging and being lazy, after a very heavy weekend partying on Friday and Saturday I am now officially in a sunday daze and putting myself swiftly on a detox this week. no alcohol for a week. Today's post is going to be short and sweet, and It's an outfit I wore to work this week (and I'm also wearing today). I find this dress so easy to throw on, no matter how you feel, and it always looks cute and like you've made a lot of effort.

Both in the week, and today, I was feeling a little rotten, but wanted to still look nice, so I've simply thrown on this dress with a little jacket, and voila. Instantly feel a million dollars. When I saw my dad he loved the outfit and offered to take these pictures (he was trying to get an artistic edge with the sunlight but learnt after shooting in direct sunlight isn't very good), and I got a lot of compliments from the girls at work. So clearly this dress is a big winner :)
I'm off to get my hair done today too, a full head of colour which I can't wait for as my roots are pretty bad tight now. Post that I'm hoping to make a little trip to my friends for a chilled out afternoon recovering :)

love this dress. i saw your sandals in the h&m sale in a lovely emerald green colour and was really tempted to get them but was on a bit of a spending ban. now i really regret not getting them and bet they won't still be there next week.

I'll admit, I was a little hungover this morning too. You look great in your dress. On my hungover days I usually wear a pair of skinny jeans and a well worn band t-shirt. Totally comfortable and gives me a little bit of rocker edge. haha. Happy weekend!
