Summer is still playing peek a boo, and i'll tell you what, these childish games are testing my tolerance. Seriously now, let's just have the sunshine. I've decided not to let this temperamental British weather stop me and I am planning summer outfits and holiday couture full steam ahead. Ibiza with Jase may be the destination of choice this year, albeit not the San An variety (been there done that), and so I'm starting to plan my Bora Bora esque summer outfits, perfect for a dinner and cocktail date as the sun goes down. Given that I'm anticipating a serious tan, I decided white would be the best way to enhance the bronzing (NB: Bronzed skin not included today sadly).
. H&M Earings (old) .
When the lovely Toyah from Glitz and Glam boutique got in contact with me, I instantly lost a few hours browsing all the products she had on sell, and I must say it offers us girls the summer we've never had. Celeb inspired outfits with all the equipment we could possibly need to replicate their summer donned skin. Yes, fake tan ladies. I've heard much talk about Lauren's way tan, and Glitz and Glam covet this new celeb endorsed product. Toyah has kindly sent me a bottle to try out and I cannot wait to see the results (I'll do a review soon).
Anyway, it takes no genius to realise that todays post does not feature any fake tan. HELLO THERE TRANSPARENT SKIN. Instead this post is all about the amazing Oh My Love maxi dress that I've been given. This dress was instantly a favourite of mine due to it's sheer simplicity but awesome printed back detail. Holiday fashion is a love of mine, and this maxi does make the perfect dress for the evening out transition. Light (so as to not get you sweaty), white (to showoff your tan) and long (just in case it gets a little nippy when the sun goes down).
I'm so happy with the dress and have been really impressed with the Glitz and Glam boutique, definitely worth a look, especially if you're keen to try Laurens Way products too.
What do you think of this holiday inspired look? How would you style this sort of maxi dress?
